About The Position

As a Senior Manager on the Global Enterprise Communications team, you will lead strategic communications initiatives that enhance Capital One’s reputation and support key business objectives. You will manage high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with internal and external partners to deliver creative and effective communication strategies. This role is designated as hybrid, with required on-site presence at your designated office location in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 6 years of communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leaders and partners on communications initiatives.

• Drive media relations efforts to secure visibility in priority outlets.
• Use data to evaluate results, extract insights, and optimize future programs.
