About The Position

As a Senior Manager on Capital One’s Global Enterprise Communications team, you will lead strategic communications initiatives that enhance the company’s reputation and support key business objectives. You will manage high-impact programs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work with internal and external partners to develop and deliver creative, effective communication strategies. This is a hybrid role, with required on-site presence at your designated office location in accordance with Capital One’s hybrid policy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• At least 6 years of communications experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to internal leaders and partners on communications initiatives.
• Lead the planning and execution of data-backed, integrated communications campaigns aligned with enterprise and line-of-business priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive media relations efforts to secure visibility in priority outlets.
• Use data to evaluate results, extract insights, and optimize future programs.
• Oversee team operations, including budgeting and development of best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends to inform and enhance communication strategies.
