Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales Development

Commure•,
•$150,000 - $200,000

About The Position

Commure is hiring a Senior Manager to lead its Sales Development team and own the pipeline produced for the enterprise sales organization. The role will coach SDRs, build the outbound motion in partnership with sales leadership, and prioritize accounts, segments, and channels. Because the go-to-market motion is still taking shape, the Senior Manager will establish the team's prospecting, qualification, and handoff processes and refine them based on results. The position works with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build outbound campaigns targeting health systems, hospitals, and physician groups. It also involves hiring and onboarding SDRs, maintaining sales tools and data quality, documenting playbooks, and joining senior-level prospect conversations when needed. Employees must follow Commure's information security policies, protect organizational assets, report confirmed or potential security events and risks, and attest to these requirements upon hire and annually.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in sales development.
  • At least 3–5 years managing SDRs or BDRs, or a strong record as a team lead moving into management.
  • A record of building and scaling outbound pipeline, with quantifiable results.
  • Experience coaching representatives to consistent, repeatable performance over multiple quarters.
  • Fluency with outbound tools, including Salesforce, a sequencing platform, intent data, and enrichment tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to speak credibly with health system executives.
  • A data-driven approach to funnel analysis and the ability to identify and address conversion drops.
  • Interest in AI and using it to improve team efficiency.
  • Comfort working in an unstructured environment and building processes as the work evolves.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into healthcare or health IT.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop SDRs through weekly one-on-ones, call reviews, and live pipeline inspection.
  • Own the team's pipeline and meeting targets and report progress to Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Build and refine outbound campaigns targeting health systems, hospitals, and physician groups in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Set account prioritization using intent data and community intelligence tools.
  • Define qualification criteria and the SDR-to-AE handoff process, and hold both teams accountable to it.
  • Run experiments across calls, email, social, events, and warm introductions, retaining effective approaches.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp new SDRs, including training on Commure's products and communicating with health system leaders.
  • Document playbooks, talk tracks, and best practices to help new representatives ramp faster.
  • Manage tooling and data hygiene across CRM, sequencing, and enrichment platforms.
  • Join senior-level prospect conversations when needed.
  • Follow information security policies, protect organizational assets, report confirmed or potential security events and risks, and attest to security requirements upon hire and annually.
