About The Position

Wix is seeking a highly organized, process-driven Sales Development Representative to join its Enterprise Sales team and work closely with Enterprise Marketing. The role executes structured inbound, outbound, and event-driven programs in coordination with Marketing and Sales, with responsibility for execution and data accuracy. It combines sales fundamentals and prospect discovery with curiosity about how AI is changing outbound. The role responds to inbound leads, qualifies prospects, conducts discovery, and runs personalized outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn. It also supports AI-assisted and automated outbound programs with human engagement and follow-up, owns event recruitment and follow-up, follows campaign playbooks and routing rules, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and provides clear handoffs and prospect insights to Sales and Marketing. Success is measured against goals including response time, meetings held, sales-accepted opportunities, and pipeline. The posting gives conflicting work-location information: it says the role is fully in person with three days a week from the New York office, and later says it is based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, with a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the Cedar Rapids office.
