As a Senior Product Manager, Experimentation Platforms & Data Insights, you will define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for the experimentation ecosystem that powers digital product development across American Express. You will help shape how product, engineering, analytics, and business teams validate ideas, measure impact, and make decisions through experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of product management, data, and platform strategy. You will lead the evolution of our experimentation capabilities, working across both internally developed solutions and industry-leading third-party platforms to deliver scalable, intuitive, and statistically rigorous experiences for our users. Beyond experimentation, you will help define the future vision for broader insights and decision-support capabilities, enabling teams to move seamlessly from experimentation to measurement, analytics, and actionable business intelligence.
