Manager - Digital Product Management
About The Position

We leverage emerging technologies to deliver innovations that enhance how customers pay, travel, dine, and experience the brand. We are seeking a Product Manager to bring stablecoin and on-chain products and services to life within the crypto and blockchain space. You will shape the future of how American Express builds on chain by contributing to the strategic vision, defining winning strategies, and building new product concepts across stablecoin payments, and agentic payments. This role will require the ability to operate in a white space area with a deep understanding of stablecoins, the crypto landscape, and traditional payments systems. For example: you can explain, at a high level, a blockchain consensus mechanism, how stablecoin settlement works, and how a payment service provider operates. We are looking for a strong communicator who can simplify complex topics and drive alignment across teams. You will collaborate extensively with the Digital Labs Business Development and Go-to-market teams as well as a broad range of internal stakeholders including Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Strategy, Global Commercial Services, Merchant, Network, Treasury and Amex Ventures.
Requirements
