About The Position

Nscale is hiring a senior construction leader to oversee the on-site delivery of its AI data centers. The role provides senior-level oversight of the overall construction program on Nscale’s behalf, from mobilization through construction, commissioning, turnover, and handover to operations. It is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and cost across the program, with responsibility for directing General Contractors, MEP trade partners, and equipment vendors to deliver ready, energized, and commissioned data halls on schedule. The position supervises General Construction Managers, a Preconstruction Manager, Construction Scheduler, Cost Manager, and EHS Manager. The successful candidate will bring construction management experience, including leadership on mission-critical projects, strong program controls and contract administration capabilities, and proficiency with construction management and document review software. OSHA 30 certification and a valid driver's license are required. Nscale emphasizes integrity, ownership, respectful conduct under pressure, transparent communication, teamwork, and reliability. This is a full-time position. The stated base salary range is $180,000–$240,000 USD. Nscale describes a competitive salary and equity, private medical cover, pension, generous leave, and possible bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. A benefits package may include medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation.

  • Mentor and develop direct reports, and establish and enforce consistent reporting standards, documentation practices, and quality expectations across sites.
