Construction Manager, Data Centre Delivery

Nscale
•$140,000 - $200,000•Onsite

About The Position

The Construction Manager leads the on-site build of Nscale AI data centers from mobilization through construction, commissioning, and handover to operations. The role represents Nscale on site and is accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Nscale campuses are high-density, liquid-cooled facilities built to house large GPU deployments, often on accelerated programs in remote locations. The Construction Manager directs general contractors, MEP trade partners, and equipment vendors to ensure data halls are ready, energized, and commissioned on contracted dates. The role is site-based at an Nscale data center campus in Texas, with travel between multiple project sites of up to 75%. On-site presence is required as needed, particularly during critical milestones. The schedule requires flexibility to support program needs across sites, teams, and time zones. On-site work takes place in an active construction environment, where PPE is required at all times. This is a full-time Nscale position. Compensation is a base salary of $140,000–$200,000 USD, with potential eligibility for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs. The company describes a competitive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and retirement plan participation. It also mentions private medical cover, pension, generous leave, and competitive salary and equity.
