About The Position

Condé Nast is seeking a Senior Manager to evaluate and improve performance across its consumer subscription business. The role focuses on understanding the metrics that drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and economics; identifying the factors behind performance; and translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations. It requires strong business judgment and an understanding of how customer acquisition economics connect volume, conversion, marketing investment, customer value, and profitability. This is a business-oriented analytics role rather than primarily a data engineering or advanced modeling position. The Senior Manager will partner with analytics and data teams to access and validate information, while owning the business questions, interpretation of results, and implications for decisions. The position reports to the Vice President of Consumer Analytics and is located in New York, NY.
