About The Position

Labcorp is seeking a Senior Director of Consumer Pricing and Analytics to lead pricing strategy for its consumer health business. The role sits at the intersection of finance, marketing, product, and consumer insights, owning pricing for direct-to-consumer diagnostic products in a market shaped by payer dynamics, consumer out-of-pocket spending, regulatory considerations, and competitive lab and testing offerings. The position develops pricing frameworks, models, and governance to support profitable growth while keeping offerings accessible. Pricing decisions are tied to revenue growth, margin goals, customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), and subscription growth. The position is based in Burlington, NC or Durham, NC and follows a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three in-office days per week.
