Senior Manager, Commercial Operations and Deal Desk

Zenity•New York, NY
•$200,000 - $230,000

About The Position

Zenity is hiring a Senior Manager, Commercial Operations and Deal Desk to build commercial governance and support the company’s next phase of growth. The role owns pricing and discount guardrails, approval frameworks, deal structures, and quote-to-cash processes, enabling the business to move quickly while protecting margin, revenue quality, and risk. It is a strategic function rather than a contract-review queue, advising Sales leadership and shaping deals early. The position translates company strategy into an executable commercialization roadmap and aligns Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Legal on priorities and decisions. It develops repeatable pricing, packaging, licensing, channel, marketplace, renewal, expansion, and multi-year offers; improves the end-to-end path from quote through booking and billing; and partners with Legal and Finance on contracting standards, revenue recognition, forecasting, margin analysis, and reporting. The role also applies AI tools and automation to deal analysis, approvals, contract workflows, and reporting; enables sellers with playbooks, training, and self-service resources; and measures outcomes including deal cycle time, approval turnaround, discount discipline, forecast accuracy, and contract and booking quality. The expected base salary range is $200,000–$230,000, depending on experience, skills, and location. The role may also be eligible for equity and performance-based incentives.
