This position is with Henkel's Consumer Brands business unit, focusing on Laundry & Home Care and Hair products. The role involves developing, executing, and analyzing complex data analyses and custom research studies to identify growth opportunities for categories and brands. The Senior Manager will translate these analyses into actionable insights and stories to motivate internal teams, external partners, and shoppers. They will support new item sell-ins by quantifying shopper behaviors and category impact, and partner with Sales and Brand teams on joint business plans and innovation strategies. The role also includes presenting business updates and recommendations to executive leadership, developing shopper-facing growth strategies, deploying automated reporting solutions, and proactively providing stakeholders with timely business insights. The position requires working with sensitive and confidential information within guidelines.
