We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded Shopper & Category Insights Manager to drive data-led decision making and shape growth strategies across our pediatric nutrition business, with a strong focus on retail execution and shopper behavior across key customers. This role goes beyond reporting—you will translate syndicated, shopper, and retail insights into clear business strategies, influence cross-functional decisions, and proactively identify opportunities for category and brand growth. You will partner closely with Sales, Category Management, and Brand teams to turn data into action.
