About The Position

CertifyOS is seeking a Senior Manager of Brand Marketing to own the company's brand presence, content output, and audience-building channels. This role requires a blend of brand vision and content discipline, focusing on building a cohesive brand identity and operating a full content engine. The individual will shape Certify's market perception among health plan buyers, potential hires, and industry stakeholders. Key responsibilities include managing the editorial calendar, overseeing all owned channels, and ensuring content consistency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years in brand marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership, with a track record of building or transforming a brand at a healthcare or technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience owning content operations at scale, including building editorial systems, managing production workflows, and maintaining quality across high-volume output.
  • Hands-on experience managing owned media channels: LinkedIn company presence, newsletters, podcasts, or video programs.
  • Strong writing and editorial skills, with the ability to produce excellent content and set standards for others.
  • Proven ability to translate business goals into brand narratives and content strategies that resonate with B2B buyers and talent audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in healthtech, health plan operations, or B2B enterprise SaaS with complex buyer audiences.
  • Experience with AI-driven content workflows, using tools like LLMs, automation platforms, or content intelligence software.
  • Experience managing or contributing to executive thought leadership programs and ghostwriting programs.
  • Familiarity with demand generation and ABM, understanding how brand content feeds pipeline and measuring brand's contribution to revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Steward Certify's brand identity, including voice, tone, visual language, and positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines system, covering style, design standards, messaging, and channel adaptations.
  • Lead periodic brand audits to evaluate consistency, resonance, and market perception, and use findings to evolve the brand.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and leadership to integrate brand positioning with market strategy and competitive narrative.
  • Own the master content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring content reinforces brand narrative, category POV, campaign priorities, and audience insights.
  • Develop thought leadership content that translates market trends, customer pain points, and product strategy into compelling content for health plan executives and provider operations leaders.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content across various formats including articles, blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, video scripts, webinars, event presentations, white papers, contributed industry pieces, and sales enablement assets.
  • Build a repeatable content production engine using AI tools, internal SMEs, customer insights, and external partners to scale output.
  • Partner with Marketing, BD, Product, Customer Success, and the executive team to ensure content supports pipeline creation, customer education, product launches, events, and market authority.
  • Own and operate Certify's podcast, including guest strategy, topic selection, production, publishing, and audience growth.
  • Drive Certify's LinkedIn presence as a brand-building channel, developing content cadence, growing engagement, and managing company page and executive ghostwriting.
  • Build and grow Certify's owned newsletter, developing editorial voice, subscriber growth strategy, and content rhythm.
  • Track channel-level performance metrics and use data to optimize content type, frequency, and distribution.
  • Own Certify's events strategy, identifying, evaluating, and executing industry conferences, roundtables, webinars, and proprietary events.
  • Manage event logistics end-to-end, including booth presence, speaker submissions, session content, on-site materials, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build Certify's own event programming, such as customer advisory board meetings and hosted industry roundtables.
  • Develop and execute Certify's employer brand strategy, creating recruiting content, managing Glassdoor presence, careers page, and social storytelling.
  • Partner with People & Talent to build a talent marketing program that attracts mission-driven candidates.
  • Own corporate communications, drafting executive announcements, company updates, investor communications, and press releases.
  • Build internal brand engagement programs to reinforce culture and encourage employees to be brand ambassadors.
