About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support apartment communities in the Reno area. The role involves maintaining the properties and serving residents with a customer-service focus. Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartment turnovers; and responding to emergency calls. The technician must have experience across multiple maintenance trades and be available for an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience is preferred, ideally at a 200-unit property.
• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning, is required.
• Customer-service attitude.
• Flexibility and ability to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Availability to work an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
