About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Porter to work at Reflections at the Marina, Marina Village, and Caviata at Kiley Ranch in Sparks, Nevada. The role is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the properties and performing related cleaning, maintenance, and physical support tasks.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift heavy items.
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation.
• Must have general maintenance skills.

Responsibilities

• Paint property areas.
• Clean apartments and common areas.
• Check and replace exterior lighting.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from grounds.
• Remove abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes.
• Detail the property.
• Assist with physical tasks as directed.
• Assist with make-ready duties.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
• Distribute resident communications.
• Clean up work areas and perform safety-related duties.
