About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to work at properties in the Reno area. The company manages apartment communities across the Western United States and emphasizes community enrichment and employee development. The ideal candidate has experience across maintenance trades and a strong customer service focus. Duties include cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas; completing maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartments for turnover; and taking emergency calls. The position requires availability for an on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests.
