About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Porter to work at Reflections at the Marina, Marina Village, and Caviata at Kiley Ranch in Sparks, Nevada. The Porter is responsible for enhancing and maintaining the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the properties and supporting property upkeep and make-ready work. Duties may include painting, cleaning apartments and common areas, checking and replacing exterior lighting, removing litter, debris, pet droppings, and abandoned items, detailing the property, cleaning and maintaining storage areas, distributing resident communications, and performing other physical tasks and work-area cleanup and safety duties as directed.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift heavy items.
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation.
• Must have general maintenance skills.
• Must have experience as a Porter.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of exterior property areas.
• Paint and clean apartments and common areas.
• Check and replace exterior lighting.
• Remove litter, debris, and pet droppings from the grounds.
• Remove abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes.
• Detail the property.
• Assist with physical tasks as directed.
• Assist with make-ready duties.
• Clean and maintain storage areas.
• Distribute resident communications.
• Perform work-area cleanup and safety-related duties.
