About The Position

The Senior Learning Design Professional applies expertise in instructional design, cognitive psychology, and adult learning theory to identify and implement effective solutions for knowledge or performance gaps. This role manages projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including monitoring and reporting on performance and outcomes. The Senior Learning Design Professional maintains strong working relationships with business partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and to address evolving training needs. Assignments typically involve moderately complex to complex issues, requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors to determine optimal approaches. Use your skills to make an impact.

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience managing projects of progressive complexity, with the ability to work efficiently on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 5 or more years of instructional design and development experience including creation of CBT's, PowerPoint, Facilitator Guides, Job Aids, Self-Paced Learning.
  • Experience with one or more of the following learning software: Storyline, Camtasia, Articulate 360, and/or Vyond.
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead large projects, consult with the customer, and determine the appropriate learning intervention, delivery methodology, and measurement strategy while presenting to various audiences to include Leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: Learning and Performance; Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Design or Related field.
  • Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting.
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors.
  • Experience working in CSOD uploading content and creating Curricula and Events.
  • Facilitation experience.
