About The Position

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support implementation of a new global Operational Technology (OT) domain. The role focuses on transitioning OT applications, strengthening security and controls, and completing key IT/OT separation activities. The position operates in a matrix project environment and collaborates with Project Managers, technical subject-matter experts, third-line support teams, external suppliers, and a central program of works under the guidance of the Global Lead.

The Project Manager leads delivery of the OT domain implementation and takes ownership of project budgets, governance, reporting, and overall performance. The role also drives completion of IT/OT separation activities and associated closure documentation, supports standardization and improvement of authentication and authorization controls, contributes to resilience by reducing dependencies on legacy and end-of-life systems, and enables centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, including coordination of integration with MyAccess IAM.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and maintaining robust governance and reporting standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in matrix project management environments.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, OT environments, security controls, and identity and access management.
• Structured, delivery-focused approach with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation of the new global OT domain, ensuring successful delivery of OT application transitions.
• Own project budgets, governance, reporting, and overall project performance.
• Drive completion of ongoing IT/OT separation activities, including required project closure documentation.
• Collaborate in a matrix project environment with other Project Managers, technical SMEs, third-line support teams, and external suppliers.
• Provide regular updates and support to the central program of works under the guidance of the Global Lead.
• Support standardization and improvement of authentication and authorization controls across OT environments.
• Help improve resilience of the new OT domain by reducing dependencies on legacy and end-of-life systems.
• Enable centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, including coordination of integration with MyAccess IAM.
