About The Position

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support implementation of a new global Operational Technology (OT) domain, manage the transition of OT applications, and drive IT/OT separation activities. The role contributes to a global infrastructure transformation focused on strengthening security, improving resilience, and standardizing access management across OT environments.

The position covers project delivery and oversight, budget ownership, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and program updates under the direction of the Global Lead. It also supports improved authentication and authorization controls, transition from legacy and end-of-life systems, and centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, including coordination with MyAccess IAM.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and ensuring compliance with governance requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in matrix project management environments with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, OT environments, security controls, and identity and access management.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• A structured, delivery-oriented approach and ability to manage competing priorities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage implementation of the new global OT domain, including transition of OT applications and associated activities.
• Own project budgets, governance, reporting, and delivery oversight.
• Drive completion of ongoing IT/OT separation activities, including required project closure documentation.
• Collaborate in a matrix project environment with other Project Managers, technical SMEs, third-line support teams, and external suppliers.
• Provide coordinated updates and support to the central program of works under the direction of the Global Lead.
• Help improve and standardize authentication and authorization controls within OT environments.
• Support the transition away from legacy and end-of-life systems to improve resilience of the new OT domain.
• Enable centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, including coordination of integration with MyAccess IAM.
