About The Position

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support implementation of a new global Operational Technology (OT) domain. The role focuses on transitioning OT applications, strengthening security and controls, and completing key IT/OT separation activities.

The Project Manager will lead delivery and coordination in a matrix project environment, take ownership of budgets and governance, maintain reporting and project performance, and drive project closure documentation. The role also supports a central program of work under the guidance of the Global Lead, collaborates with technical and business stakeholders and external suppliers, and contributes to stronger OT security, resilience, and identity and access management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on IT infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project budgets and maintaining robust governance and reporting standards.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in matrix project management environments.
• A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, OT environments, security controls, and identity and access management.
• A structured, delivery-focused approach with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate implementation of the new global OT domain and delivery of OT application transitions.
• Own project budgets, governance, reporting, and overall project performance.
• Complete ongoing IT/OT separation activities and prepare the necessary project closure documentation.
• Collaborate in a matrix project environment with other Project Managers, technical SMEs, third-line support teams, and external suppliers.
• Provide regular updates and support to the central program of work under the guidance of the Global Lead.
• Support standardization and improvement of authentication and authorization controls across OT environments.
• Help improve resilience in the new OT domain by reducing dependencies on legacy and end-of-life systems.
• Enable centralized management of OT user accounts and resources, including coordinating integration with MyAccess IAM.
