Senior Integrated Campaign Manager

Deepgram•,
•$145,000 - $190,000

About The Position

Deepgram is hiring a Senior Integrated Campaign Manager to turn its speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent products into enterprise pipeline. The role connects Demand Generation with Product Marketing, Events and Field Marketing, SDR leadership, Partner Marketing, Marketing Operations, Brand, Content, and Sales. The manager will build the integrated campaign playbook and cross-functional planning processes used across the go-to-market team, with potential to grow into people leadership as the team expands. The position leads integrated product-launch campaigns across paid digital, email, content, web, events, SDR outreach, and partners. It also runs always-on account- and vertical-based programs, event campaigns, and partner initiatives, and develops campaign measurement and optimization practices. Deepgram expects an AI-first approach, comfort with rapid change, and active experimentation with AI tools in everyday work. The role is described as fast-moving and potentially not suited to someone seeking highly prescriptive work or a traditional 9-to-5 schedule.

Requirements

  • Experience taking a product launch to market as an integrated, multi-channel campaign, with consideration for launch tiers, personas, and buyer journeys.
  • Experience running account-based programs for enterprise buyers and demonstrating the pipeline and revenue they produced.
  • Ability to turn positioning into a consistent buyer-focused story across ad copy, email, landing pages, and SDR openers, emphasizing buyer problems and proof rather than feature lists.
  • Hands-on experience building campaign sequences with SDR teams using Outreach or a similar tool.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce campaign structures sufficient to trace campaigns, including partner and MDF programs, from first touch to closed deal and analyze performance.
  • Ability to set KPIs in advance, conduct candid retrospectives, and stop underperforming campaigns.
  • Ability to create lightweight, agile processes such as shared calendars and intake systems, and maintain alignment across teams without formal authority.
  • AI-native operating approach, including building human-and-AI workflows for briefs, copy variants, list building, and reporting.
  • Ability to maintain rigor while roadmaps and plans change frequently.

Nice To Haves

  • Typically about 5–7 years of B2B marketing experience, including several years running integrated, ABM/ABX, or demand generation campaigns at a fast-growing technical company in areas such as developer tools, cloud, data infrastructure, or AI; equivalent demonstrated experience is also considered.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Salesforce, Dreamdata or a similar attribution tool, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Experience running hyperscaler or ISV co-marketing, including MDF programs.
  • Experience marketing to contact center, healthcare, financial services, or public-sector buyers.
  • Close working experience with Product Marketing on launches, value stories, and messaging.

Responsibilities

  • Run product launches with Product Marketing as integrated campaigns across paid digital, email, content, web, events, SDR outreach, and partners, mapped to personas and target accounts and scaled by launch tier.
  • Build a reusable launch template and integrated campaign playbook for launches, verticals, and regions.
  • Run always-on ABX programs for priority verticals and named accounts, using vertical narratives, customer proof, and competitive plays.
  • Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns with Events and Field Marketing, including AWS re:Invent and Deepgram flagship events, to turn booth meetings into pipeline.
  • Co-design campaign sequences, talk tracks, and proof steps with SDR leadership.
  • Run partner campaigns with Partner Marketing and partners such as AWS, Twilio, and NVIDIA, including MDF-funded programs, and report their connection to pipeline.
  • Set KPIs before launches, report weekly, and conduct campaign retrospectives.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to show how campaigns influence pipeline from first touch through closed deal, and decide what to scale or stop.
  • Own the cross-functional campaign calendar and intake process used by Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Brand, Content, Events, and Sales.
  • Build human-and-AI workflows for campaign briefs, copy variants, list building, and reporting.
