About The Position

The Senior Installer & Trainer ensures XPEL film window tinting and paint protection film installations meet company standards. The role involves learning about the newest product innovations and educating and training the in-field operations team on changing requirements. The position also supports field operations through scheduling coordination, quality control, audits, dealership relationships, installer training, and inventory monitoring.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old with two years of driving experience.
Current, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make appropriate judgments while prioritizing customer service, safety, and time sensitivity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Outgoing personality.
Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor car counts at dealerships.
Communicate schedules with store managers as needed.
Assist the Field Operations Manager with scheduling installers.
Serve as a liaison between the Field Operations Manager and installers regarding payroll, end-of-day matters, warranties, and pricing.
Perform quality control and inspect installations.
Assist the Field Operations Manager with audits as needed.
Cultivate and maintain working relationships with dealership upper management.
Ensure installers receive corrective or upskill training as required.
Monitor inventory.
Learn about new product innovations and educate and train the in-field operations team on changing requirements.
