The primary function of this position is to administer the core HCM system, Workday, providing functional and technical expertise to support Workday system and processes. This role involves collaborating with corporate and field HR departments, IT, and other functional areas to identify enhancements and modifications for processes, systems, and reporting. The Senior HRIS Analyst will evaluate, recommend, and implement best practices, develop new processes, and implement solutions based on business requirements. This includes managing and communicating business processes to relevant stakeholders to promote optimum efficiency using Workday, and administering and configuring security aspects such as domain security and user/position-based security roles, ensuring security integrity and compliance with audit requirements. The role also supports various Workday Modules including HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Talent, and Absence & Time Tracking. Additionally, the Senior HRIS Analyst will recommend and implement modifications to existing processes, new processes, integrations, functionality, and solutions, while also supporting and leading projects and enhancements. Maintenance of other system functions and tables, such as compensation structures, profiles, and translations, is also a key responsibility. As a Reporting Administrator, this role involves writing, generating, and maintaining reports, metrics, and dashboards, as well as maintaining the Workday organizational structure and creating/loading EIBs as needed. The position provides end-user support, troubleshooting, and assistance with business processes or other Workday system issues and inquiries, and supports the People Experience strategy by recommending improvements and implementing solutions within Workday.
