The Senior HRIS Analyst (Compensation) serves as the functional systems lead for our Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module strategy. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle features including workflows, fast formulas, and merit/bonus configurations. Working with our Total Rewards team, you'll optimize our existing processes while driving strategic enhancements to support our business. As the Senior Analyst you'll lead all module enhancements and configuration projects. Your expertise will be critical in translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions that maintain data integrity across our integrated systems. Through partnership with HR, Compensation, IT and Penske Leadership, you’ll drive continuous improvements to our rewards programs while adhering to regulatory standards. This role combines deep Oracle HCM system proficiency with high-level HR compensation strategy execution.
