About The Position

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst with experience in HR systems configuration, business process design, and data/reporting. You will be part of an HR Technology team responsible for optimizing and supporting HR systems. You will be involved in system configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting/analytics development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in Workday configuration, requirements gathering, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in configuration of HRIS or ERP systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HRIS / ERP experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Experience configuring Workday
  • Experience translating business requirements into system solutions
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Project and process management experience
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
  • Deep understanding of HR processes across HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, PTO, and Talent.
  • Knowledge of HR data governance, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Understanding of end-to-end business process design and optimization.
  • Proven ability to gather and translate complex business requirements into scalable HRIS solutions.
  • Experience leading full lifecycle implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within integrated HR systems.
  • Expertise in designing reporting strategies, including dashboards and HR analytics.
  • Advanced Workday configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of cross-functional system integrations.
  • Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency utilizing formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data modeling.
  • Experience managing system releases and feature adoption cycles.

  • Configure, maintain, and understand Workday to support the business
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
