Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5+ years of experience in an HRIS role involving Workday data & management
  • General knowledge of HR Systems Management
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to troubleshoot
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate a high level of accuracy with an attention to detail
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow through on work assignments
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Ability to exercise discretion, initiative and good judgement
  • Experience with Workday
  • Must be able to work in the Chicago, IL Main Office for set hours/regular schedule Monday-Friday.
  • This is not a remote position.
  • This position requires Strictness in the Confidentiality of all employee data

Responsibilities

  • Assists in managing day to day HR software activities (Workday)
  • Trouble-shoots and tests activities that aren't working as intended.
  • Analyzes employee data to maintain integrity
  • Manages and processes employee reports (hiring, onboarding, 90 day touch-back, termination reports, etc)
  • Performs assessments on improvements needed in HRIS (Workday)
  • Aids in overseeing HRIS (Workday) upgrades and compliance
  • Creates modifications as needed to software platforms (Workday) & systems for payroll, HCM, recruiting, learning, talent, compensation, as needed.
  • Troubleshoot system-wide issues (Workday)
  • Work with legal & compliance personnel to ensure full utilization of services
  • Investigate and lead company efforts into the establishment of best practices
