We are seeking a skilled Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support the daily administration and product enhancements of Workday HCM. As part of the global HR team, this position will have the opportunity to impact the global organization by implementing best practices and improvements in our HR Technology and driving our data-driven culture.

Requirements

• Advanced Workday administration & configuration skills required.
• 5+ years of Workday experience configuring and supporting multiple Workday functional areas, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting & Talent, Integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors), and Custom Report Development; experience with Absence is a plus.
• Advanced analytical skills including data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule, spending three days per week in the Novi, MI office
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is required for employment

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Workday Pro Certification(s).
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of Workday, including troubleshooting, monitoring integrations, reporting and audit activities.
• Research and resolve problems with Workday.
• Support the implementation of various Workday improvements identified in the HRIS roadmap.
• Participate in the review and implementation of product enhancements in Workday platform including system configuration, maintenance updates and testing to provide value to the organization.
• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to configure and manage the business processes to leverage Workday functionality.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and data privacy standards are met through reviews, testing, change management, routine data audits and validation.
• Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for end users.
• Participate in the review, testing and implementation of Workday releases; determine impact, participate in regression testing for new system features and communication of changes/benefits to end users.
• Support existing interface integrations and EIBs to vendors including monitoring recurring processes and interfaces to ensure successful execution.
• Create Workday reports, dashboards and analytics to support the organization.
• Provide reporting and data mining support to the audit and legal departments when needed.
• Collaborates with Others: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives. Partners closely with HR COEs, HRBPs, IT, other internal stakeholders, and external vendors/AMS to align priorities, translate business needs into Workday solutions, and deliver stable outcomes across the global HR tech ecosystem.
• Communicates Effectively: Gaining the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity. Provides clear, timely updates on intake decisions, case progress and SLA performance, release impacts, risks, and resolutions—tailoring messages for leaders, HR partners, and end users to drive understanding and adoption.

Consistently meets support SLAs while delivering roadmap enhancements on schedule and with quality—reducing repeat issues through root-cause fixes, disciplined testing/UAT, and strong release execution.
