About The Position

The Senior HCM Analyst, Workday, serves as a functional and technical subject matter expert responsible for the administration, maintenance, optimization, and continued evolution of Cast & Crew’s Workday HCM. The role owns core Workday system support and ongoing process improvement, partnering with People Systems leadership, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and other cross-functional stakeholders on business enablement, strategic initiatives, integrations, and system enhancements. It requires strong Workday configuration expertise, including business processes, integrations, reporting, and security, as well as experience with global or multi-entity environments and country-specific requirements. The position combines reliable ownership of day-to-day system needs with a continuous-improvement mindset: resolving immediate issues while strengthening underlying processes, configuration, and technical foundations. It supports system administration, automation, reporting, stakeholder enablement, integrations, and cyclical HR programs, while helping build internal Workday capability and reduce reliance on external vendor support where work can be handled in-house. The role is described as sedentary, involving sitting most of the time, with brief periods of walking or standing; some positions may require exerting up to 15 pounds occasionally or negligible force to lift, carry, push, or pull. The posting identifies the position as hybrid. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year, with compensation varying based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, training, certifications, location, and organizational needs.
