About The Position

We are seeking two highly analytical, customer-obsessed Growth Product Managers to join a leading global SaaS technology organization and drive growth across the customer lifecycle. These are high-impact Growth Product Manager opportunities focused on understanding customer behavior, intent, and value realization to identify and execute the highest-leverage opportunities across the customer journey. The two positions will have distinct areas of focus: Growth Product Manager – Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition, sign-up, onboarding, activation, trial conversion, and early product adoption. Growth Product Manager – Churn Mitigation & Retention: Identify opportunities to reduce churn, improve engagement and retention, increase customer value, and build lasting customer relationships. Both roles will work across a broad range of product and go-to-market levers, including personalization, product discovery, onboarding, product-triggered communications, pricing and packaging, AI-driven experiences, experimentation, and Customer Success/Support interventions.

Requirements

  • Significant Product Management experience with deep expertise in Growth Product Management.
  • Demonstrated experience across multiple stages of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, monetization, retention, and/or churn.
  • Proven success delivering measurable customer and business outcomes through product-led growth, experimentation, funnel optimization, and cross-functional execution.
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, behavioral segmentation, cohort analysis, experimentation, personalization, pricing/packaging, monetization, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
  • Experience developing or optimizing pricing, packaging, offers, trials, or monetization strategies.
  • Strong analytical judgment with the ability to combine customer research, behavioral data, experimentation, and business context to identify root causes and prioritize opportunities.
  • Experience defining North Star metrics, growth scorecards, and measurement frameworks tied to conversion, retention, LTV, revenue growth, and NRR.
  • Strong understanding of customer psychology, user intent, behavioral design, and growth UX.
  • Experience partnering with Data Science/Analytics and leveraging segmentation, propensity models, predictive signals, and personalization.
  • Experience applying or strong understanding of AI/ML in growth, including personalization, recommendations, targeting, offer optimization, product discovery, and customer decision support.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and execute multi-quarter product roadmaps.
  • Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support a portfolio of growth opportunities spanning acquisition, activation, conversion, engagement, monetization, retention, and churn prevention.
  • Partner with senior product leaders to identify, size, prioritize, and execute high-impact growth opportunities.
  • Analyze customer behavior, intent, journey friction, cohorts, and lifecycle data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys, including sign-up, onboarding, trial, activation, conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • Develop and test experiences that accelerate time-to-value and help customers discover and realize product value faster.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, trials, offers, merchandising, and monetization strategies.
  • Leverage behavioral signals, segmentation, predictive models, and AI/ML-driven personalization to improve customer experiences and outcomes.
  • Develop hypotheses, define success metrics, launch experiments, analyze results, and translate findings into actionable product strategies.
  • Partner closely with Data Science and Analytics to measure growth performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Establish and monitor key metrics such as acquisition, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, feature adoption, retention, churn, lifetime value, revenue growth, and Net Revenue Retention.
  • Lead complex, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from opportunity identification through strategy, execution, measurement, iteration, and scaling.
  • Build multi-quarter roadmaps that balance rapid experimentation and immediate business impact with foundational investments in growth infrastructure, data, experimentation, pricing, and personalization.
  • Influence teams across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
