About The Position

EGYM is seeking a Senior Financial Services Manager to build its Vendor Financing business in the United States, based in Denver. This is a greenfield role focused on creating a leasing and financing business that supports EGYM’s growing US technology business. The manager will develop banking and leasing partnerships, design financing programs, integrate financing into the sales process, and establish the operational processes needed to scale. The role requires active engagement with banks, internal sales teams, customers, and industry events. As business volume grows, the manager will build and lead a team. The first six months are expected to include mapping the US market and prioritizing potential partners, securing at least one funding or leasing partnership, integrating Financial Services into the US Technology Sales team’s pitch, putting operational processes in place, and closing the first financed deals. The position is based in Denver and involves travel and visible presence in the market. EGYM offers a base salary of $125,000–$145,000 annually, a competitive benefits package, and hands-on onboarding.

  • Hands-on commercial, sales, or business development experience, including building a pipeline, structuring programs, and closing deals.
  • Growth-minded, hands-on approach and ability to build a business from the ground up without relying on established processes.
  • Persistence, resilience, and ability to persuade banks, internal sales teams, and customers.
  • Willingness to travel and be visibly present in the market with partners and customers and at company and industry events.
  • Fluent, professional English.
  • Clear and confident communication when presenting to bank partners and aligning with sales teams and leadership.
