Senior Finance Analyst, NACF Transformation/Strategy

Amazon’s North American Customer Fulfillment (NACF) Finance is looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to be the trusted finance partner supporting finance transformation initiatives. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 3+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
Nice To Haves
- MBA, or CPA
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Knowledge of Tableau
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Responsibilities
- Leverage operations finance expertise to develop NA transformation roadmaps and strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on process/product requirements.
- Provide analytical insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Identify opportunities to optimize finance tools and processes.
- Lead reporting on NA transformation initiatives, including success metrics and risk assessment.
- Resolve complex data integrity issues through stakeholder collaboration.
- Design and implement scalable, auditable data analysis processes.
- Communicate financial data effectively through active listening and audience-appropriate delivery.
- Build strategic partnerships with Finance Leaders, Operations Stakeholders, and Program/Product Managers.
- Form finance transformation strategy.
- Define new product business requirements and features.
- Hold teams accountable to delivering product roadmaps.
- Lead implementation, change management and adoption of new tools and processes.
