About The Position

FurtherAI is hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager to own East Coast events and develop the next phase of its event program, including industry conferences, ancillary events, and company-hosted events. This is a strategy, execution, and ROI-focused role, responsible for deciding where the company participates, helping Sales get value from each event, and measuring event returns. The role also shares central responsibilities with the Sr. Field Events Manager on the West Coast and reports to the VP of Growth Marketing. The manager will set the East Coast event strategy, calendar, and budget; make investment decisions using the company’s ICP, target accounts, and past results; and co-own the event playbook, goal-setting framework, and reporting across regions. They will plan and execute each event, equip Sales with target-account and meeting context, coordinate pre-event email and social campaigns with marketing, lead onsite operations, and ensure outcomes and follow-up are completed. The role owns event success measures and reporting to leadership, including meetings, pipeline created and influenced, and ROI. The manager will use results to recommend where to invest further, make adjustments, or stop participating. FurtherAI describes the position as a hands-on individual contributor role with a potential path to leading a demand generation team as the company scales.
