About The Position

The Field Marketing Manager owns field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline contribution for Workforce Compliance solutions. This individual contributor plans and runs webinars, third-party partnerships, conferences, regional events, executive roundtables, prospect dinners, newsletters, and signal-triggered plays, turning those programs into qualified meetings and pipeline. The role has a named pipeline target set each quarter with Sales and RevOps, and works closely with SDRs and AEs to ensure every program produces sales follow-up, not just attendance. The manager builds quarterly plans aligned to pipeline targets, MQL quotas, and Sales priorities; reports program-level performance; and adjusts investment based on pipeline efficiency. Responsibilities also include managing lead routing and follow-up, developing cross-sell programs, coordinating with internal marketing and event teams, and maintaining campaign setup and attribution in HubSpot and Salesforce. The role reports to the Director of Demand Generation, Workforce Compliance Marketing. The posting also includes separate company and job information for a Director, Operational Finance role. That role description is not used here because the requested position is Field Marketing Manager.

  • Hands-on experience running in-person and virtual events and webinars as an individual contributor.
  • Experience working directly with SDRs and AEs, and understanding of how Sales motions convert leads into meetings and opportunities.
  • Ability to report pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and conversion rates using Salesforce and HubSpot campaigns, attribution, and reports, as well as a webinar platform such as Goldcast.
  • Strong project management and follow-through across multiple programs at once.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Paid Media, Digital, ABM, Customer Marketing, and RevOps.
  • Day-to-day use of AI tools to accelerate research, personalization, follow-up, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Build a quarterly field plan for Workforce Compliance solutions that maps programs to pipeline targets, MQL quotas, and Sales priorities, and review it with the Director and Sales leaders.
  • Report weekly on MQLs, hot leads, meetings, hot-meeting conversion, and pipeline created by program.
  • Recommend and implement program additions, cuts, or changes based on pipeline per dollar and per program.
  • Plan and run Mitratech-hosted webinars and AMAs in partnership with Product Marketing on topics, content, and speakers.
  • Manage third-party partner placements, scheduling, co-hosted webinars, vendor budgets, and pipeline benchmarks.
  • Segment webinar registrants into net-new and recycled audiences and tailor follow-up for each.
  • Deliver conferences, regional events, executive roundtables, and prospect dinners, owning pipeline planning from pre-event outreach through post-event follow-up.
  • Provide target lists to SDRs early to pre-book meetings and run post-event retargeting using badge scans and registrations.
  • Coordinate with Customer Marketing on customer advocates and with Partner Marketing on partner events and referrals.
  • Work with the Events team on booth, logistics, and vendor execution while maintaining focus on pipeline outcomes.
  • Own lead routing, SDR and AE talk tracks, re-engagement sprints, and follow-up timing after programs.
  • Track conversion from MQL to meeting to opportunity by program and diagnose breakdowns.
  • Meet regularly with SDR leadership and AEs to gather prospect feedback and adjust messaging and targeting.
  • Route play-triggered leads directly to Sales with context and measure each play against resulting pipeline.
  • Identify and run signal-triggered plays using signals such as multiple registrants from an account, webinar attendance, badge scans, and intent data.
  • Build evergreen cross-sell programs between Workforce Compliance products.
  • Own campaign setup, naming, and source tagging in HubSpot and Salesforce, and reconcile attribution with RevOps.
  • Build repeatable playbooks and templates, and use AI to accelerate list building, personalization, follow-up, and reporting.
