About The Position

Choice Digital's go-to-market strategy is events-led, and this role owns that engine end to end. The position is measured on opportunities created, not badge scans.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B field, events, or integrated demand marketing, ideally in regulated, complex, or fintech/payments categories.
  • Experience owning an event portfolio end to end, including budget and ROI decisions, spanning both in-person events and digital/webinar programs.
  • Ability to run an executive-engagement or roundtable program, or a webinar program with real pipeline accountability.
  • Strong project and logistics management skills under deadline.
  • A demand mindset focused on measuring everything by pipeline and opportunities created.
  • HubSpot proficiency and experience partnering closely with RevOps on capture and attribution.
  • Salesloft familiarity.
  • Comfort with a webinar program.
  • Strong AI-assisted workflow.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation, to load, unload, and assemble trade show booth materials and spaces.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing into utilities, energy, or other regulated buyers.

Responsibilities

  • Own the annual demand-events calendar and budget across in-person events, executive roundtables, and webinars in target verticals.
  • Determine the format for each event moment (attend/exhibit/speak/sponsor/host/broadcast) and ROI-rank the portfolio annually against cost per opportunity.
  • Own an intimate, invitation-only executive roundtable program for priority accounts and senior buyers, including theme, agenda, target invite lists, venue, hosting, executive participation, and follow-through.
  • Own the webinar calendar end to end, including topics, speakers, promotion, registration and attendance goals, live production, and on-demand content.
  • Partner with Content on narratives that map to Choice Digital’s disbursement story and regulated-market positioning.
  • Run pre-event campaigns for every format, including target attendee and invite lists, paid + outbound, meeting-booking, and gated content offers.
  • Manage on-site and live event execution, including booth build, logistics, shipping, staffing, speaking coordination, and live demos.
  • Oversee hosted dinners and sponsorships, ensuring clean and complete lead capture on every channel.
  • Implement fast follow-up sequences, contextual lead handoff to sales, recap content, and retargeting for post-event conversion.
  • Coordinate regional events and account-based field plays for priority accounts and verticals with sales.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, booth property, webinar platform, and giveaways.
  • Track spend against the events budget and shared event-assets line.
  • Own scorecards for every event format and the portfolio’s cost per opportunity, making data-driven decisions on program continuation or modification.
