•$130,000 - $150,000•Hybrid

About The Position

The Senior Federal Contracts Compliance Lead is a senior, hands-on individual contributor who performs compliance activities across assigned Aleut Federal entities, federal prime contracts, task orders, and contract vehicles. Working within the framework established by the Federal Contracts Compliance Manager, the Lead independently manages recurring and moderately complex SBA 8(a), entity, limitations-on-subcontracting, performance-of-work, bona fide place-of-business, Business Activity Target, federal reporting, SAM.gov, and GSA or other vehicle requirements. The position also manages an assigned portfolio of federal prime contracts through cradle-to-grave administration and promptly escalates novel, material, cross-entity, or high-risk matters. The Lead implements and maintains compliance controls, obligation registers, calendars, documentation standards, procedures, dashboards, and audit-ready evidence. The role evaluates awards, modifications, clauses, regulatory changes, and organizational actions; reviews submissions and reconciles contract, financial, labor, subcontract, entity, and system data; performs compliance reviews; and coordinates government or SBA reviews, audits, inquiries, findings, and corrective actions. The position maintains entity and SBA 8(a) records, coordinates annual reviews and required updates, monitors Business Activity Targets and subcontracting limitations, and validates subcontractor status and qualifications. It administers federal reporting systems and assigned contract vehicles, coordinates applicable reporting and payments, and supports vehicle proposals, renewals, modifications, and discrepancy resolution. The Lead manages federal prime contracts from solicitation and proposal support through closeout, advising program and growth personnel and monitoring funding, deliverables, notices, options, reporting, and performance milestones. The position may also provide backup or surge support for federal subcontract administration. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite attendance at the Reston, Virginia office Tuesday through Thursday; remote work may be performed Monday and Friday, subject to business needs. Occasional travel may be required.
