About The Position

We are looking for a talented Exempt Senior Recruiter – Business Unit and Functions to join our Cummins Inc. team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive timely hiring outcomes by identifying and securing top talent for current and future business needs. Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to align recruitment strategies with workforce objectives. Evaluate candidate qualifications and selection criteria to improve hiring quality and long-term success. Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and effective market engagement. Enhance the candidate experience through transparent communication and timely follow-through. Ensure recruiting activities comply with organizational policies and applicable employment regulations. Leverage recruiting data and reporting insights to support informed talent decisions and process improvements. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes to maintain an efficient and seamless hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong ability to assess talent, make sound hiring decisions, and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach to talent acquisition.
• Proven capability to execute recruiting and HR processes with accuracy, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
• High levels of adaptability, initiative, and interpersonal effectiveness, with a commitment to inclusive and collaborative practices.
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required.

• Preferred experience in agency and/or in-house recruiting environments, bringing versatility across sourcing and hiring approaches.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and reporting resources to manage candidate pipelines and support hiring visibility.
• Apply structured candidate assessment and selection methodologies to deliver objective, compliant, and high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Demonstrate expertise in external talent sourcing strategies that attract and engage diverse candidate populations.
