About The Position

DRS RADA Technologies, a subsidiary of Leonardo DRS, is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support its Senior Vice President and General Manager. The role goes beyond calendar management: it serves as a trusted administrative partner who anticipates needs, handles sensitive matters discreetly, and uses sound judgment in complex, fast-moving situations. The position manages the executive’s calendar, meetings, travel, expenses, and administrative priorities; serves as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; prepares correspondence, reports, summaries, and responses; and reviews correspondence for conflicts, policy concerns, or items requiring attention. The assistant assesses requests, escalates urgent matters, coordinates reporting on budgets and performance measures, and takes ownership of complex assignments and special projects with limited direction. The role also recommends administrative process improvements and supports a collaborative, respectful team environment. The successful candidate anticipates needs, resolves appropriate matters independently, communicates clearly, manages competing deadlines, adapts to changing priorities, and builds trusted relationships. Requirements include at least 10 years of progressively responsible office management or executive administrative support experience, an associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience, excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, discretion and independent judgment, expert proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to manage a high volume of work independently and as a team partner. U.S. citizenship is required, as is an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable time after starting employment.
