About The Position

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Event Sales Manager for their Seattle, WA location. This hybrid role involves client management, driving revenue, leading a team, managing sales pipelines, touring potential clients, and coordinating with the Operations Team to ensure successful event execution. The position requires a blend of sales expertise, leadership, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years in Sales (Event Sales and multi-unit experience a plus!)
  • 1+ Years in Management
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Plan events for multiple venues, understanding and effectively communicating the features and benefits of distinctive properties and event options.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
  • Assist the team in exceeding their sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales to energize and inspire the team.
  • Lead daily meetings and virtual offices.
  • Drive revenue to new heights.
  • Act as the on-site contact for the operations team, hosting BEO meetings.
  • Work with the operations team to ensure every event is a success.
  • Conduct fun and engaging venue tours for potential clients.
  • Plan client events and coordinate details until the day of the party.
  • Manage client relationships during and after the event to encourage repeat business.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy seasons.
  • Stay connected with the team via camera for coaching sessions and meetings.
  • Be ready to showcase enthusiasm and professionalism to clients at any time.
