We are hiring a Senior Event Manager / (Luxury & VIP Experiences) to lead these world-class experiences. The Senior Event Manager will own the strategy, design, and execution of our most exclusive global experiences — from intimate gatherings of 30 elite members to curated international experiences serving 500+ high-level partners. This is not a logistics-only role. This is a creative, strategic, and operational leadership position responsible for designing emotionally powerful, five-star environments while executing with flawless precision. Requirements

  • 7+ years producing luxury, celebrity-level, incentive-style, or ultra-premium events.
  • Proven experience serving VIP, executive, or high-net-worth clientele.
  • Expertise in global venue sourcing and contract negotiation.
  • Strong vendor relationships within luxury hospitality.
  • Advanced budget ownership and financial oversight.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ (domestic and international).
  • Proficiency with project management and financial tracking systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design immersive, emotionally impactful environments aligned with the Tony Robbins brand.
  • Lead full lifecycle production: ideation, site selection, negotiation, design, production, logistics, and post-event refinement.
  • Source world-class global venues — luxury resorts, private estates, yachts, exclusive-use properties, and iconic destinations.
  • Curate elevated F&B programs, custom gifting, bespoke excursions, and concierge-level details.
  • Ensure every touchpoint — arrival to departure — feels seamless, intentional, and extraordinary.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison to luxury venues and premium vendors, private concierge teams and security partners, VIP guests, executive assistants, and senior leadership, high-profile speakers and elite members
  • Develop and manage six-figure+ event budgets with precision.
  • Forecast, reconcile, and optimize spend while maintaining uncompromising five-star standards.
  • Negotiate premium contracts ensuring value, exclusivity, and elevated service delivery.
  • Balance financial stewardship with luxury execution.
  • Oversee complex global logistics including private travel, charters, VIP transportation, luxury room blocks and curated itineraries, security coordination and concierge-level services, personalized experiences for high-net-worth attendees
  • Introduce innovative, unexpected design moments that elevate each experience.
  • Secure rare venues and hard-to-access experiences through resourcefulness and network.
  • Stay ahead of luxury hospitality and experiential trends.
  • Refine and elevate standards year over year.
  • Lead cross-functional vendors, contractors, and internal teams with calm authority and clarity.
