About The Position

As a Senior Event Manager, Global Events, you will lead the planning and execution of client-facing events that strengthen brand presence, deepen client engagement, and support business goals across Fiserv. You will partner with leadership, sales, business units, and centers of excellence to deliver in-person experience that align with event strategy, brand standards, and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in corporate events, hospitality, or event marketing managing client-facing programs from strategy through execution
  • Experience managing event budgets, venue sourcing, contract coordination, vendor relationships, and on-site event operations
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver event programs aligned to business objectives and brand standards
  • Experience using event technology platforms for meeting management, lead tracking, audience engagement, registration, or related event operations
  • Experience analyzing event performance data and using insights to improve event strategy, client engagement, and operational execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, marketing, or a related field
  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Individuals with temporary visas including, but not limited to, F-1 (OPT, CPT, STEM), H-1B, H-2, or TN, or any candidate requiring sponsorship, now or in the future, will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of client-facing events, including budgeting, venue selection, vendor management, on-site operations, and post-event follow-up
  • Develop and implement event strategies that align with business objectives, brand priorities, and client engagement goals across in-person format.
  • Partner with centers of excellence and cross-functional teams to coordinate content, creative, event technology, communications, and hospitality elements within the overall event strategy
  • Manage agency and vendor partners to deliver event components on time, within budget, and in alignment with brand standards and operational requirements
  • Collaborate with leadership, sales, business segments, and other stakeholders to define event objectives and tailor experiences for clients and prospects
  • Drive client engagement through sponsorship activations, hospitality programs, and event experiences designed to strengthen relationships and support business development
  • Measure event performance using attendance, engagement, lead tracking, and post-event feedback data, and provide recommendations to improve future programs
