This role is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of group and catering events, delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, luxury hotel environment. The Senior Event Manager serves as the primary liaison between clients and hotel operations, overseeing events from contract turnover through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. This position plays a key leadership role within the Events team and supports departmental revenue and service goals.
