About The Position

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Senior Event Sales Manager for their San Francisco or San Jose, CA locations. This hybrid role involves client management, driving revenue, and leading a team. The primary mission is to convert inquiries into booked events, manage the sales pipeline, meet with potential clients, and coordinate with the Operations Team for successful event execution. The role requires being a salesperson and an experience-maker.

Requirements

  • 3+ Years in Sales (Event Sales and multi-unit experience a plus!)
  • 1+ Years in Management
  • Experience using a CRM
  • Proficient in technology including Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Plan events for multiple venues, understanding and effectively communicating the features and benefits of distinctive properties and event options.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
  • Assist the team in exceeding their sales KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to energize and inspire the team.
  • Lead daily meetings and virtual offices.
  • Drive revenue to new heights.
  • Act as the on-site contact for the operations team, hosting BEO meetings, and ensuring successful event execution.
  • Conduct fun and engaging venue tours for potential clients, showcasing event options.
  • Plan client events and coordinate details until the day of the party.
  • Manage client relationships during and after the event to encourage repeat business.
  • Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during busy seasons.
  • Stay connected with the team via camera for coaching sessions and meetings.
  • Be ready to showcase enthusiasm and professionalism to clients at any time.
