About The Position

Optiveum is recruiting and contracting for a Senior ERP Transformation Lead to lead a high-impact business and ERP modernisation initiative for a major Nordic enterprise. The role owns a strategic programme to move legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Supplier Management, and enterprise-wide business processes. The programme aims not only to modernise the ERP landscape, but also to transform business processes, governance, and ways of working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. The position involves direct exposure to executive stakeholders. The role is 100% remote and full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with a client based in Finland. The rate is up to EUR 43 per hour on a B2B basis, and the start is ASAP. The recruitment process includes an interview with Optiveum's partner, followed by interviews with the end client.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experience.
• Background in business transformation and organisational change.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multinational, complex business environments.
• Fluent English.
