About The Position

Optiveum is recruiting and contracting for a Senior ERP Transformation Lead to lead a large-scale business and ERP modernisation initiative for a major Nordic enterprise. The role owns a strategic programme migrating legacy IFS environments to IFS Cloud across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Supplier Management, and enterprise-wide business processes. The programme also aims to transform business processes, governance, and ways of working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups. This is a high-impact leadership assignment with direct exposure to executive stakeholders. The role is 100% remote, full-time at 37.5 hours per week, for a client based in Finland. The start date is ASAP. The engagement is B2B, with the cooperation agreement signed directly with Optiveum. The rate is up to 43 EUR per hour. Recruitment includes an interview with Optiveum’s partner followed by interviews with the end client.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong IFS / IFS Cloud transformation experience.
• Background in business transformation and organisational change.
• Experience working directly with executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multinational, complex business environments.
• Fluent English.
