About The Position

Google Cloud accelerates organizations’ ability to digitally transform their businesses and industries. It delivers enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Google technology and tools that help developers build more sustainably, serving customers in more than 200 countries and territories. The Transformation Programs Lead partners with major strategic firms and Google solution leaders to develop repeatable programs and support enterprise transformation initiatives. The role oversees operational execution, funding and co-investment processes, customer engagement, program measurement, and multi-year planning. It works closely with enterprise customers, partner executives, and Google leadership to advance roadmaps, account opportunities, and cloud adoption.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in program management, business development, partnerships, or sales strategy within enterprise technology.
5 years of experience building financial models, forecasts, and quantitative analysis using Google Sheets or spreadsheet software.
Experience creating operational dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership.

Experience at or partnering with major strategic firms.
Experience building multi-year planning models for 2027–2028 that connect customer pipeline to revenue and consumption.
Familiarity with enterprise cloud architectures, generative AI applications, and core solutions such as customer experience/GECX, private equity portfolio acceleration, or supply chain modernization.
A proven track record of working directly with enterprise customers and collaborating with senior leaders, including Directors, VPs, and partner executives.
Demonstrated success launching and scaling repeatable multi-customer programs, joint solutions, or go-to-market plays.
Strong communication skills using Google Docs and Slides to influence cross-functional teams and lead complex discussions.

Responsibilities

Partner with McKinsey, BCG, Bain, and Google solution leaders to co-develop repeatable program playbooks, customer collateral, and delivery guides, incorporating deployment insights to refine programs across accounts.
Manage day-to-day operational execution, funding, and co-investment processes across regions; review statements of work and confirm delivery milestones and return on investment.
Engage enterprise customers alongside sales and partner leads through executive sessions, workshops, and pilot rollouts to shape transformation roadmaps, remove adoption roadblocks, and scale deployments.
Build financial and pipeline models, executive dashboards, and multi-year projections for 2027–2028 in Google Sheets to track program health, cloud consumption, and partner capacity.
Collaborate with senior partner executives and Google leadership to review joint pipeline, align resources, drive account opportunities, and synchronize program roadmaps with product strategies.
