About The Position

As an IFS Cloud Lead, Senior Manager, you will lead client-facing consulting efforts focused on business application strategy, implementation, training, and support within PwC’s Advisory practice. You will help clients improve operational efficiency through IFS Cloud solutions and lead large projects, applying sound judgment to complex situations, coaching teams through ambiguity, and coordinating cross-functional groups to deliver clear client messages and practical solutions. You will use your knowledge of business applications, systems thinking, and stakeholder communication to guide solution design, support adoption, and contribute to field service and operations modernization efforts.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree.
At least 7 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Lead IFS Cloud implementation and modernization workstreams for field service and operations clients.
Advise clients on process redesign, operating model improvements, and technology integration across service and maintenance functions.
Direct project teams through solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Validate business requirements and translate them into scalable application and workflow solutions.
Coordinate system integration efforts across enterprise platforms such as IFS and other operational technologies.
Guide issue resolution, risk tracking, and delivery planning across complex implementation efforts.
Coach team members on application consulting methods, project delivery, and client-facing execution.
Present progress, options, and recommendations to client stakeholders to support informed decisions.
