About The Position

The Senior ERP Solution Engineer defines and guides the evolution of the end-to-end architecture for the Stealth 400 ERP platform, ensuring that Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Wholesale and Retail, and Procurement processes are supported by scalable, integrated solutions. The role is based in the United States and supports the rollout of Stealth 400, currently used in Europe, to North America, including the United States and Canada. It serves as the on-site technical reference for North American business stakeholders and partners, working closely with European Stealth managers who operate the application. The position reports to the Head of Corporate Tech and is based in Los Angeles, with an on-site work model and periodic travel to Europe. The role operates under the guidance and governance of the European managers. System, architecture, integration, and priority decisions must be agreed and validated with Europe before work begins; Europe retains ownership of the ERP systems. The role gathers North American requirements, performs fit-gap analysis, designs localizations, contributes to deployment and integration decisions, coordinates local integrators and vendors, and supports planning, cutover, go-live, training, and hypercare. Local considerations include US sales tax, accounting and reporting, invoicing, EDI, carriers, 3PLs and payments, as well as Canadian GST/HST/PST, CAD currency and French-language requirements for Québec. After go-live, the role becomes the North American reference for Stealth and JDA 400 for retail, supporting roadmaps, change priorities, countries and coordination with European teams. It contributes to target architecture, solution design, integrations, technical reviews, migration programs, operational continuity, security and compliance, and mentorship of solution designers, consultants and developers. It also evaluates technologies and business requirements, proposes solutions for European approval, and provides technical support and troubleshooting for Stealth and JDA 400 users.
