Requirements

Four (4) plus years of experience working with testing/building/implementing Epic Willow IP and Research workflows.
Full Willow Inpatient implementation and support experience.
High School Diploma/GED required.
Epic Willow Inpatient Certification required.

Nice To Haves

Project Management experience preferred.
Solid grasp of project management methodologies and experience managing multiple projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare, or related field.
Epic Research Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitates end-user meetings and provides an advance level of operational, and application build expertise in completing the more sophisticated assignments to meet customer goals and desired outcomes.
May lead projects.
Performs sophisticated level design, build, and implementation assignments/ projects.
Based on deep knowledge of application and operational requirements can translate sophisticated requirement/concepts into functionality.
Performs the larger, more sophisticated, and technical assignments/ projects.
Participates in re-engineering of operational workflow processes with end-users/business owners.
Coordinates and facilitates the integration of end-user/business owner needs and translates clinical/ operational needs and workflow into system specifications and configuration requirements.
Provides high-level expertise in design integration and touch points with other Epic modules and/or other applications.
